1. Introduction

Welcome to Future AI’s course booking platform (the “Website”). By using this Website and purchasing any of our live courses (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. All course bookings must be made through the Website unless an invoice for EFT has been requested.
2.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the course.
2.3. Prices for courses are listed on the Website and are subject to change without prior notice.
2.4. Once payment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to the registrant.

3. No Refund Policy

3.1. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after payment has been made.
3.2. Refunds will only be provided in the event that Future AI cancels the course.
3.3. If a participant is unable to attend a booked course, they may request to transfer their registration to another individual by providing written notice at least 48 hours before the course start date, subject to approval by Future AI.

4. Course Changes and Cancellations

4.1. Future AI reserves the right to reschedule or modify the date and time of any course due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
4.2. In the event of a date change, all registered participants will be notified via email or other contact details provided at the time of booking.
4.3. If Future AI cancels a course, participants will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future session.
4.4. Future AI is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation, due to course cancellations or rescheduling.

5. Course Access and Participation

5.1. Course access is strictly limited to the registered participant. Sharing login details or course materials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
5.2. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the technical requirements (such as internet access and appropriate devices) to attend live online courses.
5.3. Future AI reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant from a course if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or in violation of these Terms. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. All course materials, content, and presentations provided by Future AI (including but not limited to videos, documents, and slide decks) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.2. Participants may not record, distribute, copy, or reproduce any part of the course without prior written permission from Future AI.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1. Future AI provides training and educational content for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from course participation.
7.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation or reliance on course materials.
7.3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they comply with any laws or regulations applicable to their industry or professional field when applying AI knowledge gained from the course.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. Future AI collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle personal data.
8.2. By using the Website and registering for a course, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for administrative and communication purposes.
8.3. We do not share or sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. Future AI shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, pandemics, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances that make course delivery impractical.
